Produced 1957-1967. First prototypes were built already 1951. It was designed for transportation of cargo and personnel in places with poor roads or no roads at all. Number of different versions were built.

Produced in 1957 or 1958. This is experimental mini bus that never went into production. It has 8+1 seats or has 2 seats + 500 kg for cargo. It hwas moskvich 407 engine and 4+1 speed gearbox from Moskvich G1 race car prototype giving top speed of 100 km/h. It never went into mass production.

Produced from 1957-1958. Its 4×4 modification of Moskvich 402. Total only 1035 Moskvich 410 cars were built so its quite rare. It was succeeded by Moskvich 410N wich is based on Moskvich 407 and better 45 hp engine.
