RAF-2203 Taxi

Produced 1975-1997. Also known as RAF-2203 “Latvia”. Its a 12-seat minu-bus. It was the most succesful bus from RAF. It was also widely used as amublance and taxi. The engine was between the front axle (like previous RAF models) but because of that some exahust gas sometimes leaked into cabin. The road handling wasn’t too good either.

In the late 80’s RAF-2203 was modernized and named RAF-22038. Among other things corrosion protection of the body was improved in this model.
